Developed by Sadie Nardini, not specifically a different style of yoga but more a new perspective on yoga. The poses and flow move from the core, physically, but also challenges you to take a look at your “core” as a person. It will make you move from your core being and how you are feeling at the moment. Because every day is different and the body or mind can be either feel energetic, happy, or tired. It all reflects on how we move on the mat.
