BARBARA KLARENBEEK With her creative background in fashion she turned her life 360 degrees and found her way on the yoga path, where she can fully express and combine all of her passions. Yoga unveiled more and more of her true self over time and this never-ending process helped her through some really difficult challenges and losses in her life. This is where true yoga comes to life: it’s about how you deal with these kind of situations, are you able to surrender, to accept even if the outcome is not what you had in mind? This is what she brings into her classes: Flow. Breath. Awareness. Music and.. Fun! You’ll definitely be challenged on different levels! Barbara teaches different levels of VinyasaFlow ( and PranaVinyasa inspired, Shiva Rea), YinYang, Breathwork and Prenatal classes (Birthlight).

MAGGIE BIJL Maggie Bijl is an American yoga teacher from Maui, Hawaii. She was first introduced into Bikram Yoga in her late teens just after moving to the islands… After devoting 10 years (on and off) to the ‘torcher chamber’ and feeling stagnant in her practice she discovered the freedom of Vinyasa Yoga. With a history of theatre and dance since youth, Maggie immediately fell in love with the rhythm, movement and self-expression of more flowing styles of yoga. Maggie is a creative soul and unique spirit. She’s artistic and expressive in her own practice, but teaches with grace and gratitude. She encourages you to listen to your own intuition and to move from your center both on and off the mat. She embraces wavelike spinal movements and individual self-expression in each any every class. Maggie began her Yoga Teaching career by becoming a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor as well as a Birth Doula supporting and empowering woman throughout their pregnancies and for the duration of their labor and birth. She has been blessed to have supported many woman on their journey into motherhood and to have welcomed so many babies into this world. Maggie’s Yoga path organically evolved over the years that followed as she studied and trained with many well recognized Yogi’s across the globe.

JUUL HAGEMEIJER Juul is a Yogi, yogateacher, dancer, but mostly a curious movement geek. Juul likes to live her life in a very positive way. Sharing that through yoga might be her biggest passion. Although she feels life is to short to feel miserable, she knows that a happy and liberated life is not given to you. A happy life unfolds itself if you learn to cope with change, accept who you are, take responsibility for your actions and last but not least; learn to live from your heart! After working as a professional dancer she finished her first 200 hour ashtanga vinyasa TT in 2013. She has been a passionate teacher and student since then, learning from different high qualified vinyasa yoga teachers like Shiva Rea and Coral Brown. She also did a Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Jose de Groot. Recently she got her 500 hour certification with Emil Wendel and Julie Martin. In her yogaclass Juul holds space for everyone with an interest in exploring their body and mind. She hopes that results in a sense of mental and fysical freedom and happy strong students!

JUDITH VAN DER KLINK Yoga came into my life carefully. Not so surprising, of course, with a yoga teacher as a mother ☺ When I was younger, dance was a big and important place in my life. I decided very early on that I wanted to become a dancer. In the end I graduated from London Contemporary Dance School as an executive dancer and later as a choreographer and teacher of Codarts Rotterdam. During my years as a dancer and later as a teacher and choreographer, yoga came my way. My first Yoga Teacher Training I followed to give depth to my own practice. My love for Yoga grew, so much so that I released my first love (dance) to focus more on yoga and giving yoga lessons. More than two years ago I started my 2nd, intensive, Personalized Yoga Teacher Training at Laraiz. And now I can call myself a personalized yoga teacher. I also completed yin and restorative yin intensive TT with great pleasure. In my lessons, the emphasis is on pleasure through exercise.  In addition, I am of course a dancer and I pay a lot of attention to alignment (your posture) in the lessons. Sometimes a very small indication can make a real difference in how you experience an asana (posture).  Yoga feels like coming home for me. Every time again and forms the foundation of my day. Every practice and every lesson is therefore different. Every day we are a bit different ourselves. Yoga is so much more than just the physical postures. That is the beauty of yoga ... Every practice and every lesson is another adventure in which you gradually get to know yourself a bit better

PETER DE LANGE For about fifteen years Iyengar Yoga has been an important part of my life.  After completing the Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training, I never stopped learning about yoga. And all these new insights I put into practice in my classes I teach at schools, at companies and on the beach. Yoga helps me to keep an open mind and that is reflected in my classes: they are never boring!

NURIA MEIJER I have always been an active person. I thought aerobics during my study years and later developed a love for outdoor training and running. Being physically active was a way to quiet my mind. But at a certain point in my life, feeling “stuck” at on office job and overwhelmed by the responsibilities and changes in my life through motherhood, I needed more balance and that was when I discovered yoga. I fell in love with both the physical and mental awareness that yoga brought me and wanted to share and motivate others to find the right balance. Yoga teaches you to feel what you need; sometimes a challenge out of your comfort zone, sometimes a moment of peace and space in a hectic life. I still love (to teach) outdoor training and love to go out for a run (especially with my dog along the beach!), but it is on the mat where I find my balance (myself!). My passion lies with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa Yoga and in my classes I like to move, feel (free), explore, learn and have fun!

PHILINE NUGTEREN Philine is a fun loving, energetic, and spontaneous yogi who is always looking for new experiences and challenges. Though yoga has been in her life in some way since watching her grandfather’s headstands as a young girl, it wasn’t until her thirties that yoga became a daily part of her life. It was during her 10 years abroad in Costa Rica that she first experienced yoga classes that were truly intense both physically and mentally; it was nothing like the yoga she had done before! Later, while living in the US,  her bond with yoga truly formed and she began her formal instruction and has since become certified in various yoga styles (Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga RYT200 and most currently Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow) With her background in dance, flow and fluidity of movement in her classes are key.  Her powerful themed-based Vinyasa classes are juicy, fun, playful and allow students to get out of their heads, explore their bodies, and see where it takes them. She wants students to think of the classes as adult playtime, and not work with limitations but see possibilities. She hopes to see you on the mat!

EVA WIEWEL I am Eva  and proud mother of 2 daughters. For years I have been working in youth care as a family and youth coach. A few years ago decided to make a 'career' change Currently I'm an internal supervisor at the largest MBO school in Rotterdam. Next to that I own a supschool (Sol Sup Club),  and I teach kids yoga at Yogaseads. For me, kids yoga is a great way to work with children in a positive, constructive way. Children need a lot nowadays. In kidsyoga, we focus on enjoying 'NOW' and doing exactly 'THAT' which makes them feel good about themselves. In a playful way I introduce children to important life themes such as friendship, trust. But we can also play around with the seasons or one of the special holiday themes. We talk, laugh, do yoga postures, we work and play together, practice our concentration and breathing and always end up with a relaxation exercise.
