In yin yoga we focus on relaxing the muscles and stimulating the connective tissues as well as the “chi flow” through the meridians and organs.

The poses are passive but definitely challenging because you’ll hold poses between 2 to 5 minutes. This allows you to go inwards more which creates a more mental challenge. Yin yoga is the perfect way to stimulate and strengthen the connective tissues and joints, Founder of this style of yoga is Paul Grilley.
