Just as its name this class is a mix between yoga and pilates. A pilates class with a yoga “warm up” and relaxation at the end of the class. The “core” of the class will focus on strengthening the abs and back. During this class you’ll learn that the core is much more then just the aesthetic “sixpack” en that training the deeper core muscles will balance the body, improve your posture, make you stronger and avoid injuries.

Especially if you take a lot of dynamic classes its important to know where to move from. Highly recommended!
